What makes patients try a new clinic?
World class healthcare provider University of Utah Health needed impactful, catchy copy for a variety of campaigns and articles aimed at increasing appointments. These campaigns cross-promoted its more niche services, like its dental practice and spinal care center, to existing and potential patients who weren’t always aware of them.
As senior copywriter on a creative team with a creative director and art director, I worked on copy-led concepts to serve a media strategy that included paid social, display, and partner articles with digital publications circulated in the area around U of Utah. My concepts used light plays-on-words related to each service, and proposed visuals that could work with unexpected use of stock photography. Each paid unit needed a variety of executions to avoid audience fatigue during their run.
