Leading a team to produce high-performing lead magnets for an HR tech startup

What drives connection for remote and hybrid teams?
Glue (formerly known as Mystery) is an HR tech startup that helps corporate event planners find and facilitate fun team building events for their distributed workforces—the twist is they don’t know the activity until the moment the event happens. Having had steady growth so far, they needed new lead magnet materials that would both grow their existing “Mystery” events, and teased their new Glue product which uses these events to quantify and grow employee retention and happiness.
As creative director, I worked with the Glue team to identify their visual style and brand voice, then used it to build a concept for ebooks on a handful of topics relevant to both search traffic and paid ad executions. I briefed and guided designers and copywriters on building a layout for the books, a visual style for the information, and pinpointing the copy.
